The upper level offers a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and hand selected accessories that flow into an open plan dining area and spacious lounge with a TV (Netflix and full DSTV package).
This space has a beautiful view of the city during the day and the city lights in the evening create a breath-taking backdrop for intimate dinners.

As you walk up onto the rooftop deck, you are greeted with the warm Durban sun, your very own private pool and picturesque views.

The apartment is fitted with an inverter that kicks in automatically when load shedding occurs and also has a back-up water supply. All water in the apartment has been filtered with a special filtration system making all the tap water safe to drink. Wi-fi connection is available throughout the apartment. Also included is an exclusive, automatic double garage that links to a private laundry room.

Durban’s iconic Golden Mile which stretches along the beach is a short 5-minute drive away and Umhlanga only 15-minutes.

"Welcome to a California Oasis! The design of this unit is nothing like I have seen in the country out of the rentals I have made over the years. It felt like I was in California! I wish I could take it and bring it here with me! It definitely stands head-and-shoulders above hotels and rental at this price point. It is simple, comfortable, exquisite, elegant, luxurious and a style like you (are most likely) have never seen before. The layout is exceptional! The bed and pillow are comfortable for deep sleep. And has a rooftop champagne pool to cool-off. You can see and feel the passion of the designer: structurally and interiorly. The magic is in the details, and they surely have paid attention to every-single-detail possible. If anyone complains about this unit needs to see a therapist / psychiatrist. This unit is thee vacation! Perfect size for a couple and small family. Surely will be utilizing again when I am back in country. And oh, no load-shedding is surely an added luxury"
"My fiancé and I had an amazing stay at Janet’s apartment. It was just what we needed to get away from the never ending pressures of chasing deadlines at work. The apartment is in a safe, peaceful neighbourhood and is in proximity to a number of great restaurants and other popular attractions in DBN. Absolutely loved the stunning views of DBN’s CBD and the ocean from the rooftop deck. Highly recommend this stunning apartment for couples and small groups. Everything from the tasteful decor to the amenities was top class.
She made sure we felt at home and was very helpful throughout our stay.
Our only regret is not extending our stay. Definitely will be visiting again in the near future"

"An Absolutely delightful house! You will not go wrong, BOOK IT! We were worried a bit about the location not knowing exactly where the house was...well don't be!!! the place is in a great location and has proper security with a boom controlled access to the street, YES!
