Why do we have House Rules?
Audley Gardens is located in an exclusive, quiet residential area overlooking the city. It's a serene and tranquil setting that's perfect for those who want to escape the ordinary and enjoy a sense of seclusion. We kindly ask that you read through our House Rules carefully before confirming your booking as we want to ensure that we can meet all your expectations and needs during your stay at Audley Rooftops.
While we're happy to welcome you, our focus is on providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, which precludes events, parties or noisy guests.
Failure to adhere to the House Rules during your stay WILL result in immediate termination and no refund will be given.
House Rules.
NO PARTIES / SOCIAL EVENTS No parties or social events of any kind will be allowed in the apartment, a maximum of 4 visitors may come over to the apartment during the day, all visitors who are not booked in the apartment have to leave the property before 22:00pm.
CHECK-IN Between 14:00pm and 18:00pm.
Check ins between 18:00pm and 20:00pm can be arranged at an additional cost of R500. Payable before day of arrival. We kindly request a minimum of one weeks notice for any check ins after 16:00pm. This allows us to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all guests. NO check ins after 20;00pm.
IDENTIFICATION As part of our check in policy and for security reasons, we request that you produce your original proof of identification.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES Check-out is prior to 10.00am on your day of departure; we ask that you be courteous as to allow our lovely cleaning staff enough time to prepare for the next guest.
PARKING Parking space is limited to maximum of Two (2) vehicles. Please do not exceed the maximum number of cars allowed for this unit. Motor homes, large trailers or commercial vehicles cannot be accommodated as the drive way is not wide enough.
NO SMOKING POLICY Whilst we don't allow smoking in the apartment, guest are most welcome to smoke on the deck upstairs or on the patio of the main bedroom.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS As the apartment is located within a tranquil environment, we ask that you, your family and your guests respect your neighbours – the apartment is based within a residential environment, please treat your neighbours with the same respect you would like to be treated.
NOISE POLICY The Audley Gardens complex has a strict no noise policy. To ensure that our guests make the most of this luxurious getaway the complex has set timeframes when noise should cease in the complex Our quiet times are:
• Monday through Friday from 22:00 pm to 6:00 am
• Saturday through Sunday from 22:00 pm to 8:00 am
CHILDREN We cherish families with children, but our apartment is designed primarily for adults seeking a peaceful or romantic getaway. If you choose to bring children, you will need to sign an indemnity acknowledging that unsupervised access to the rooftop and swimming pool is strictly prohibited.
NO PETS ALLOWED Pets are not allowed in the Audley Gardens Complex as per the body corporate regulations.
SECURITY Audley Gardens is a secure complex in a 24 hour security access controlled block. Please do not give access to any unknown persons that may ring your apartment. If in the event you have lost your access key or remote to the apartment, Please do not ring the other tenants in the complex for access as they are under strict instructions not to let in any unknown persons, please contact your host for access help.
DAMAGE / ACCIDENTS TO PROPERTY Guests must agree to notify the owner of any damage to property that occurred during their stay.
ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED PRIOR TO CHECK-OUT.
ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY on site will result in the immediate termination of the guests stay at the apartment.
